cancellation and return Policy

Booked appointment cancellation policy effective January 1st, 2026

Overview

This policy explains the process and requirements for canceling or rescheduling appointments at Full Circle Health. Due to more frequent last-minute/same day cancellations we now need to enforce this policy. We strive to offer flexible solutions while ensuring that valuable appointment times are used efficiently for all patients.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Timeframes

· Advance Notice: Please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to offer your slot to another patient in need.

· Late Cancellations/Same Day: Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a cancellation fee or loss of deposit, depending on the specific service and appointment type. Range $75-$150

· > 30 Minute Scheduled Monday Appointments: Must be cancelled by the previous Thursday PM.

· No-Show Policy: If you do not attend your appointment and fail to notify us in advance, a no-show fee of up to $150 may apply and future booking privileges could be affected.

How to Cancel or Reschedule

1. Contact our office by phone, text, email or via the online contact us button at www.fullcirclehealthnh.com prior to the 24-hour deadline.

2. Provide your name, appointment date and time, and reason for cancellation or rescheduling.

3. When rescheduling, provide requested days and time so we can fit you in accordingly.

4. We will confirm your cancellation/rescheduling and work with you to find a new appointment time.

Fees and Exceptions

· Standard Fees: A cancellation or no-show fee may apply for late changes or missed appointments.

· Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances, Acts of God or Force Majeure events can occur. Please discuss your situation with our staff—documentation (such as a doctor’s note or emergency proof) may be required to waive fees.

Product Returns

Any items returned opened after pruchasing cannot be refunded.

Please note that our products are labeled at the factory with the exact amount of fluid contained in the dispenser. Some dispensers may appear to hold a larger quantity (oz) due to packaging configurations.
