Booked appointment cancellation policy effective January 1st, 2022
Please note effective January 1st, 2022 we will be taking credit card information when booking an
appointment with Full Circle Health. Cancellations within a 24-36 hour period of a booked appointment will incur a $75 cancellation fee. Same day cancellations will incur a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellation fees will be charged to the account on file provided to us. We appreciate your understanding with this matter as we try to provide the best accommodations for our clients.
Product Returns
Please note that our products are labeled at the factory with the exact amount of fluid contained in the dispenser. Some dispensers may appear to hold a larger quantity (oz) due to packaging configurations.
